The City’s engineering firm, AllState Consultants, LLC, will assist the City in the creation of a 5-year Owner’s Supervised Plan to submit to the Missouri Department of Natural Resources (DNR) to help expedite future water and sewer infrastructure improvements. The scope of work includes evaluating the existing water system; evaluating and updating the hydraulic model of the existing system and any proposed system associated with improvements identified within the plan; providing construction details and specifications as required by DNR; probable construction cost budgets with proposed projects; and coordination with DNR. This information will build upon, and where necessary, update the City’s Water Master Plan that was last completed in 2011.
